A well informed course that has given me great skills and an understanding of the subject. Working with young people I see the traits of mental health and will now be confident to ask if I have any real concerns

really good and at a steady pace. I was aware of the City & Guilds, but didn't have anything to sign up to get the certificate. Are you able to do this please?

Thank you, I feel I have learnt, I feel more confident how to approach and be a compassionate person to be there for someone. Talking about suicide is generally difficult, took me a long time to develop the confidence and an approach that is compassionate and validating , this course draw my attention to aspects a broader view and understanding how to be with and empower and outline hope.
