Very good session and not too heavy I felt like there was no pressure to stay on the course if I felt thee need to leave.
A well informed course that has given me great skills and an understanding of the subject. Working with young people I see the traits of mental health and will now be confident to ask if I have any real concerns
I really enjoyed this and feel better about approaching this in my role.
has helped me feel more comfortable regarding discussing suicide, understanding and awareness to seeing key words from a person or their change in everyday habits, being more alert
really good and at a steady pace. I was aware of the City & Guilds, but didn't have anything to sign up to get the certificate. Are you able to do this please?
Thank you, I feel I have learnt, I feel more confident how to approach and be a compassionate person to be there for someone. Talking about suicide is generally difficult, took me a long time to develop the confidence and an approach that is compassionate and validating , this course draw my attention to aspects a broader view and understanding how to be with and empower and outline hope.
The course was very good and has given me the confidence to be more comfortable in regards to speaking to someone about this often taboo and difficult subject, suicide.
Enjoyed the course was good to refresh myself
