I enjoyed this course although it still feels like it would be an awkward conversation. I feel I would be more confident in how to approach the situation.

Very effective course - learnt a lot and feel more at ease with talking about suicide and the stigma around it - particularly when asking someone if they have had suicidal thoughts.
