Beneficial, especially regarding correct language to use and referring to suicide. Became more mindful of own language.

Abbie delivered the training fantastically. I appreciated the deliverance of the training with conciseness but also with care and empathetically for a sensitive topic.

The course was excellent and the opportunity to have group discussions was invaluable. This offered the chance to explore the support in the local area and look at other support ,charities etc to signpost to for help.

I needed to hear lots that I heard today. It was a good opportunity to network and hear feedback from other professionals. I also needed to hear the life testimony of the young man that had attempted to take his life at the side of a bridge. He stated, "Suicide and thoughts of suicide is a NORMAL part of life." Interesting.... this has made me think more deeply about that.
