I’m so grateful I took this training. I’ve already been able to apply what I learned when I noticed signs and behaviors in someone and decided to reach out, following the steps we were taught. A few days later, the person messaged me to say that my intervention led them to seek immediate help, and they were very grateful for it. If it wasn’t for this training, I don’t think I would have been able to recognize the signs or feel comfortable enough to intervene.
