zoom or teams training is just not the same, so many distractions compared to inperson training

really great trainer.

Everyone should have this training including students who are often first responders to their peers.

It has been a really good course, and developed my knowledge further in this subject and has hopefully given me the skills / tools to help someone in a crisis. Also to have the websites at hand to know where to get help if needed.
