SFA 01 - Suicide First Aid Lite Reviews

Although I’m very experienced in this area I still wouldn’t say I’m comfortable or overtly confident. Losing a member to suicide recently and having others at risk doesn’t help. I feel far better after today though.

Certainly as a starter gave an understanding of the conditions that could lead to suicide and initial steps to intervene appropriately

Provided adequate information and resources, very informative

Enjoyable and engaging course. I felt that I had learned quite a lot during the course and hope that I can apply if it happened to me.

Great course, very informative and will be helpful in the future for me

Overall this was a very hard subject to be able to teach and support learning through. I found the content to be highly relevant for people in crisis but I also think that what made this course enjoyable was the tutors skilled delivery and engagement with the group.

An excellent and concise training session which clearly explains suicide and how to practically identify and support someone with suicidal thoughts.
