Very enjoyable, helped to feel more confident/ comfortable talking about suicide
I really enjoyed the course and felt Katie did an amazing job at allowing us to share our own knowledge and experiences while also giving us time to digest the material/content of the course. I also really appreciated the acknowledgement that this particular course is quiet heavy and allowing time to ensure we are emotionally/psychologically well throughout was also really helpful.
l am taking home on what l have learnt and now l know how to embrace a person undergoing suicidal thought.
The training was very informative. By the end of the session, my perspective was very different and will help the community where necessary.
It was an eye opener and trainer captured attention of each one of us in different ways. I loved the practical skills on how to use the language when asking the appropriate question after identifying the signs of suicide thoughts.
Excellent course that I will highly recommend to others. THis course should be taken by all people who work in the health and social care sector as people are more likely to open up to us. This has been extremely useful. Thank you so much, 10/10
I found it really helpful. I was pretty scared at the prospect of broaching the subject of suicide with people who might be vulnerable, but feel that now I at least know where to start.
