The venue and trainer was excellent. I feel more confident speaking honestly with people about suicide.

Top level trainer who asked about our wellbeing during and after the course in view of the sensitive topic that was being delivered.

I really enjoyed attending this course, it gave me confidence to speak to my clients if they are experiencing these kind of thoughts or need to talk to someone. I would like to further my education in this area too.

Fantastic to see material relating to keeping yourself safe. In the past, I have spoken about suicide many times in my career and always felt that dealing with one’s own emotions and feelings weren't always taken into account. On a personal level, reaching out to someone who was about to attempt suicide left me with confusing feelings after. This material now gives me the resources I can take with me to reflect on suicide interventions in a more practical way. A huge thank you to Sheree who was marvellous. I gained a lot from this.

This training should be the official training for the Airforce, as the current one we have in place is insufficient.
