As someone who has been that person with suicidal thoughts and a previous plan i wish someone had asked me, it took lots of courage to tell someone how i was feeling, i will not be afraid to ask the questions now

Really beneficial introductory and refresher course

A great introduction to suicide first aid, interactive, open minded, supportive, a real eye opener.

Found the session really helpful, I was aware of some of the information but for those parts it was a good refresher

Worthwhile course

I feel this is a good introduction to the topic of suicide and has helped give me confidence in knowing how to handle this topic in the future, recognising my role in the wider picture.
