This course was delivered perfectly well. The presenter Steve gained interraction from everybody and validated any responses given through our interraction. provided great examples. Providing confidence to those attending that he was very knowledgeable about his subject, providing confidence to the group.

Good introduction and overview of how to have these conversations and the tutor was very mindful, and delivered the course really well.

Was well delivered with appropriate breaks. I have come away feeling well informed and prepared. It was particularly good to learn the right terminology and dispel preconceptions of what has been appropriate historically.
