The training was very well organised and covered all important topics. Especially providing helpful scripts for a crisis situation. I feel much more prepared. I appreciated the importance of what I can actually say and now have a proper easy to check support plan when a crisis is happening.

Good training, introduced each section at a good pace and simple plan to follow to help support someone.

It is not often on zoom now that so many people engage. This is a difficult subject to discuss, but I thought Geoff structured the training in a way that allowed everyone to say their thoughts without feeling too formal or pressured to contribute.
