Help course that didn't take to long and give me skill I hopeful won't have to use

This course is very beneficial, and it's helped me feel prepared in the instance I ever need to use it.

I am trained with MHFA England as a Mental Health First Aider so there was some repetition for me.

Really good course. I was unsure whether it would be more operational based but it was actually really great for anyone no matter what role you have within the service. I would feel much more confident to help others now after completing this course.
