a good course, pace and delivery just right. I was a bit worried it would be quite a traumatic course and upsetting but it was dealth with in a good manner and I feel empowered at the end and not overwhelmed.Response : Really glad to hear you feel empowered. Thank you.

Really enjoyed the course. Good level of intensity, not overwhelming when discussing such an emotional situation. Given me confidence to know what helps and what impacts it can have.
