I truly thought the course was excellent, it can be a consuming topic, but this course was very well delivered and reassured myself around some of the things I was already doing- alongside giving me a further skillset. It has restored my confidence and helped me to feel that I can support a person well when they are experiencing suicidal thoughts.

The trainers handled what could have been a disastrous technology breakdown with aplomb, and moved the training on without giving any impression that they were rushed or even mildly concerned by it, which put the attendees immediately at ease. Well done!

I work in mental health and to be honest have dealt with alot of suicide in my work. But I did enjoy listening to other views and being reminded of the language and ‘processes’to support others
