Enjoyed this course very much not at this time
I enjoyed the challenging aspect of the role play as it took me out of my comfort zone and helped me prepare. Tutor did an excellent job I would definitely recommend her.
Thoroughly enjoyed and feel more prepared to deal with.
I like the simplistic person centred approach that was promoted and the direct questioning to obtain clarification about the clients intentions without fear or judgement.
Very engaging trainer & kept the mood light even though talking about such a serious topic
