Beneficial, especially regarding correct language to use and referring to suicide. Became more mindful of own language.

I took a lot away from the course and if I do ever come across a situation where I needed to speak to somebody who was having thoughts about ending their own life, I do feel as though I would have the confidence to speak to them and help.
