The training was very valuable as I work with groups of women to encourage them to start exercising to support their health and well being. Many of these women have struggled with their mental health and require support. The training gave us the knowledge and confidence to support someone when they are struggling with their mental health.
Fantastic learning opportunity with opportunities to ask questions and clarify information. I feel more equipped to have the conversation as and when it arises in my work day
