Thank you Tonic for another superb course - this will really make a difference in my music industry practice.

I really enjoyed the course, it was four hours well spent. I learnt a lot and I feel more confident about addressing the topic of suicide and, therefore, hopefully I can prevent friends or family carrying out suicidal behaviour in the future.

Great course. Needs to be rolled out to the masses.

Overall I feel the course was very useful and informative. The tutor delivered it really well and made everyone feel included and validated everyone's comment and thoughts. She also continually made sure that everyone was ok and mindful of self care throughout.
