Very informative training, not too heavy and gave me the confidence I did not have at the start to be able to talk to someone who may be experiencing thoughts of suicide.
Very good training and reinforces it’s ok to ask the direct questions. Learning how to support myself after.
I enjoyed the course - I don't learn well in these environments (interaction, breakout rooms) etc. That is not my learning style and can feel very uncomfortable but it was a good experience and she made it a very welcome space
