good course gets you thinking

Great little course to help make an intervention on somebody who is having suicidal thoughts.

A bgood course that covered the sensitive issues well .

i was very apprehensive about attending this course and would not have necessarily chosen to attend out of choice. I am so glad that i had this opportunity to learn more, especially the continuum of suicide and how to recognise and ask. I feel more informed and equipped to be able to carry out suicide first aid and am definitely feeling less afraid and more prepared and confident.
