This has been a really helpful session. It has helped me within my personal life as well as with what I can use for work. Lots of advice which I will certainly be using and am looking forward to the link you will send in respect of what we can listen to prior to sleep.

Brilliant, made me realise that I am quite good at managing my mental health, but great ideas on how to deal with it if it drops, like the idea of finding out more about sleep.

I started to benefit from this course about 5 mins into the training! Our trainer Tamsen had such an easy straight forward approach, she made quite a complex topic very easy to digest and relate to. I came away feeling better equipped to help myself and others by recognising early signs of MH infringements.
