For an online course with all it's restrictions on time and attendee participation, I found the session to be informative, very easy to engage with and it gave lots of hints and tips to take away. It was both a reminder about what I had already learnt about mental health and a different way of looking at things that put what is happening to me and those in my life into perspective.

I found this course to be extremely informative . this was the first time i had attended a webinar and found it to be easy to follow. unfortunately i was unable to join in with the note book chats but that was due to my user error and not the fault of the course.
