I wish I had attended this course before lockdown as it would have helped with managing the issues better in my view. Would be helpful to attend a face to face training.

A very worthwhile course. This course was over Zoom which as discussed makes it a little difficult but even then the topic and information was presented well and gave me something to think about. As mentioned this course needs to be followed up with the full course. Mental health is as important as the more standard physical training such as lifting heavy objects.

Really helpful, practical advice that you could understand and actually put into practice in work life as well as personal life as well. thank you so much, definitely going to show my husband who currently is having a primitive brain to situations at present!
