Learnt more about how to deal with stress and how to stay more positive also the impact that various negativities have on our general well being. I enjoyed the course and looking forward to starting my action plan. Very useful and informative

Excellent course, really helpful, thank you. One minor point with the slides... Zoom puts some of the pictures of participants as well as the trainers on the right hand side, so some elements of the power point are then not visible. You might want to squeeze the content up towards the left hand side.
