Good insight and reminders for my stressors and what triggers them - I try to be positive but fail most days to stay positive all day. You have helped remind me to think about the little wins / positives more and not focus on the negative. Definitely helps with making feel better, will try the note making. Many thanks Gary

The training was really fantastic which was much more than I expected. I could learn and remenver about mental health from phycology, biology and for some client and myself and work. Thank you very much.

Excellent course and really well delivered. Gary speaks in a way which is easy to understand and take in the information. I am really happy to have taken part in this course and feel like I am now better equipped to deal with stresses and anxieties in life. Thank you.

I really enjoyed the training although my laptop kept kicking me out (not your fault). I found it beneficial and will be taking away what I have learnt to promote positivity within the workplace more than I do so already but also at home.
