I felt really engaged throughout and it was nice to be able to interact and hear other people's thoughts too. I am looking forward to looking through the workbook and to listening to the 'hypno' link at bedtime. Thanks so much, I am glad that I attended this and hopefully can share knowledge with friends and family and colleagues.

Interesting and useful, I got a lot out of this course. Particularly enjoyed the practical steps we can take to support our mental health and also the explanation on "dosing". I will use the knowledge gained both in work and at home and would recommend this course to others.

i will definitely take on some of the mentioned methods and will probably teach the other apprentices and rectify there awareness of mental health
