I found this course enjoyable and interesting. It was well presented and zoom worked well. It was a relief to have a platform that was clear to follow and didn't break down as I've been experiencing huge problems with skype. It was good being able to see the presenters and some of the other participants. We communicate so much non verbally so it has been very stressful for me during lockdown to not be able to see my colleagues. I found the information about focussing on the positive and what is going well useful and it was interesting to learn about the importance of sleep. I did point out at the end of the session that I found the images on the presentation were mostly of white men often in suits. It would be good to have a diverse range of images from all ages, gender and ethnic backgrounds. Thank you for putting on this course for all staff members. I will encourage my colleagues to do it. Overall I felt the course was well delivered. The course was relevant and included a lot of interesting facts. I also learnt quite a lot on the brain science behind mental health. Thank you both Tamsen and Gary.

really helpful course and lots packed in a two hour slot. I learnt a lot and have already actioned some of the things suggested. thank you! I have recommended to my team so I hope there are some more slots coming up

Useful combination of mental health first aid type content with personal resilience content. I like the way the course supported to us to improve and protect our mental health

A well delivered course, by 2 people who obviously have knowledge and experience in working with people with both good mental health and those with compromised mental health. I particularly found D.O.S.E. helpful. Something that i am putting in place for myself. Thank you I look forwards to being a participant in the face to face course. Rochelle Van-Croom

This is a very useful course to remind you the ins and outs of being positive in one's life in order to lead a healthy life. Obviously the set up was not ideal with the sound failing some of the time. I had terrible trouble joining in and had to install another software to be able to do it. it was very stressing. it was very useful and I would love to redo it. I look forward to receiving the presentation as it was sometimes a bit too much information to take in. (English is my second language).

I enjoy learning more about the happy hormones. The DOSE Up. It is good to know the science behind it. I suggest that the facilitator leaves the definitions on screen for longer (I didn't have enough time to copy everything). Very good training. I found the tips very useful, for example the gratitude journal. Many thanks.
