Sarah is absolutely fantastic. Being completely new to the sector i was somewhat prepared to be overwhelmed. Not the case whatsoever. Perfect mix of tasks in a very welcoming and patient manner. Brilliant.

I really enjoyed the course. As someone new to the insurance industry, I felt like I learnt a lot and that I have a much better understanding of many of the different areas within the insurance market and how they function and interact with each other.

I was not looking forward to three hours of training, but found it relevant and enjoyable. Particularly liked the historical perspective.

Really positive session and very interactive which made the time go by very quickly. Sarah was a great trainer and made everyone at ease throughout the session while keeping everyone focused and on time.
