This was a great introduction to insurance and the Lloyd's of London insurance world. Sarah was a friendly and engaging trainer who explained difficult concepts very well and put the course participants at ease with her kind yet professional approach

Sarah is an amazing trainer. She made session really helpful and interactive. She understands the technical issues I had while joining the meeting she made every one comfort. She also given us opportunity to speak to one another in break out sessions which is really useful. Over all the training went very well.
