overall a very good introductory session to the Lloyds market, interesting fun facts and interaction. Trainer was very excellent and engaged all participants.Response : Thank you for your feedback. The material was very useful but because we are more than 3 delegates its difficult to ask and negotiateResponse : Thank you for your feedback Fatima. You have had the benefit of attending some of our courses with a much lower delegate number but all our webinars run with a maximum capacity of 10 delegates to allow for interaction and the opportunity to ask questions to the trainer.
