I thoroughly enjoyed the course. It was a great introduction into the Insurance industry and gave a huge amount of foundation knowledge which will stand me in good stead for a future in this sector. Sarah was a wonderful tutor and there was a huge amount of interaction to ensure we took in the learnings. Sarah also made it a very comfortable environment and felt reassured that we could ask 'daft' questions.

I found the course very insightful, learning about the background of insurance and how it all started certainly gave me a whole new perspective. For me covering the terminology used in the industry, covering all aspects of insurance processes, as well as types of insurance was all very useful knowledge, I know this will come in great use not only for now but also the future.
