It was very useful and covered a lot of different key areas. The interaction was very good, it wasn't just a lecture everybody got involved which helped widen my knowledge.

The trainer's approach to the training was very relaxed and the material was delivered clearly and precise. The trainer got everyone involved through her interactive style of presentation. 3 hours seemed like 30 mins!
