Glad to have been in this training

Sarah broke down the market and highlighted key areas really well, even with that level of information I feel more confident supporting my Company's UW function from a HR perspective.

As a newcomer to insurance this provided a very useful high level overview. A massive, complex subject with the usual dizzying array of acronyms and jargon but by sticking to broad areas rather than fine detail the content was accessible and engaging.

all in all - the course was great. the trainer certainly knew her way around the subject. Had an answer ready for ALL of the questions put to her.
