As a newcomer to insurance this provided a very useful high level overview. A massive, complex subject with the usual dizzying array of acronyms and jargon but by sticking to broad areas rather than fine detail the content was accessible and engaging.Response : Thanks for your feedback Paul, I am glad you enjoyed the course.

A really well run and very interesting course that was only enhanced by being a webinar, in my opinion. Great interactive content and very engaging trainer. This course gave me much needed basics of the London Market, something that I have been badly lacking until now. Overall I found the training very useful to get a good overall understanding of insurance and its terms. I think it was useful for me as it gave clarification on terms that I was unsure on however I think if I did this too early on then it would have been too much information at once. So I think the course is right for someone who has been in insurance around a month/6 weeks.Response : Thanks for your feedback Harriet, much appreciated.
