Richard was really nice, and a great presenter. Content and exercises were very good and useful to my role and life in general.

Richard was very informative and knowledgeable on the various topics giving more detail on topics that other trainers may have briefly covered in other courses. Enthusiastic and ensured that we felt involved and engaged throughout. Vital for new starters in all roles. Good length of course, number of breaks and pace of course.

I really enjoyed this course! There are so many tools to go away and practice and I feel really motivated to apply this in my job. And also in my home life (we all know young kids are the most difficult people to negotiate with). The pace and content was perfect and Richard was really great - clearly a great influencer which was really inspiring.

Good session, good length. Appreciate the challenges for doing this remotely so great efforts!
