Very good whistle stop class that provided models and research that can be explored further if needed. Can definitely use in practice. Would have liked more in-depth with regards to influencing, negotiating and persuading as I think we just hit tip of iceberg but understand that it was a quick fire class so would not be the time. Good foundation for further learning. Trainer presented very well. Friendly, organised and knowledgeable.
