I found it very useful - it was a good level of interactivity (which is difficult to achieve on MS teams!) and the break out rooms worked well as it is much easier to talk within smaller groups. Richard was a really good teacher for the day.

My first experience of virtual delivery was good. It is no substitute for a classroom, but a good compromise given the circumstances.

Useful course. I think this one would be even better done as an in person course as it would have been without Covid-19 but the online MS Teams has worked well given those restrictions.

Good, the pacing was good. It worked well to have the sessions spaced as they were. Some overlap with other courses I had been on but some new tips.

I really enjoyed the different techniques as they're great bits of information to take away and use. Also from a practical point of view I enjoyed the separate meetings to dial in to, less fuss!
