Great refresher, thoroughly enjoyed, useful pointers to use in the future within my role as a Regulatory Officer

I enjoyed the session. It was split up nicely with breaks and activities. It may have been good to have some more breakout activities / scenarios around influencing others. The course material was very relevant to me and my role, with a lot that I can take away to practice straight away. Thank you.
