The day was very interesting and useful. I liked that the sessions were in 90 minute chunks with a 30 minutes break and an hour lunch. This really helped to stay focused. I have been on other online courses that have felt extremely tiring. This course had a good balance.
really enjoyed the format and the way we could still interact. The break out rooms made it easy to talk in small groups - something that would have taken ages once people had got up, moved about a room etc. I live in the North and usually have to travel to Birmingham or London for these sort of courses which takes a day and a half out of my time. In this course I could still get some day job work done.
Overall it was a very good course and Robert was an excellent trainer. I do feel like I will use the techniques and methods learnt today and apply to my role. Only issues were the slide pack sent before the course did not match up with the slides on the day.
Great course, just a shame I had connectivity issues which made it difficult to follow some of the conversations and participate fully.
3 short sessions is a very practical way to deliver the course.
