I felt Rich was very inclusive, I liked that he geared his discussion to the work & aims of the EA and also discussed and encouraged thoughts and input from us all, not just telling us the right answer / approach

I found the first session about stakeholders a bit of a struggle but the second two sessions were great and I really enjoyed them, and feel like I have learnt a lot.
