A very interesting course delivered well. Really good to have the time at the end to think over everything learned and how the different techniques can be applied to our individual roles. Use of the breakout rooms was really useful.
Richard is an excellent trainer. His experience is very impressive but so was seeing it demonstrated in front of me. Presenting to and trying to engage with a series of turned off cameras must be really frustrating (NB Mine was turned on!) but Richard remained professional and positive throughout. I would definitely attend any other courses I knew he would be presenting.
Brilliant course, excellent trainer - highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was concerned about the delivery due to it being virtual but it was actually exceptionally well ran and I would definitely recommend virtual training days to colleagues.
