the sessions were very formative, and provided me with a better incite to the challenges colleagues face across the organisation.
Break out sessions had some good discussion. Felt involved despite being on MS Teams.
I liked the interactive nature of the day and the fact that active discussion was encouraged - thought the break out rooms were excellent idea. The trainer was very encouraging and engaged with us throughout and it felt like a very safe environment.
I enjoyed the course and will take away some points to utilise in the future.
