Very interesting and relevant

I wasn't really looking forward to the course. However, by the end of the day I was really glad that I took the time to participate as I found it very useful and feel like it will benefit my daily work.

really enjoyable day, very useful information. Rich did a great job in carefully explaining what's what.

Good that separated into 3 on-line sessions with breaks to help focus with course being delivered on-line, and use of breakout rooms

The trainer was very knowledgeable and I was filled with confidence.
