One of the most informative, engaging and useful courses I have attended. Rich was engaging, knowledgeable and structured the course in a very palatable method. Having 3 distinct parts made breaking it down and taking it in much easier, without switching off. Just the right amount of breakouts/tasks as well as information. I found it extremely applicable to my role and will use this in the future.
