Useful. Would have liked the delivery pace to be a bit more upbeat and interactive, especially at the start

It was a good day, definitely helped not having the added stresses of travel/overnight stays. Sometimes was a bit harder to apply to my current role - but definitely some useful stuff to take away and apply in a slightly more abstract way! Also a reminder of the how prioritise efforts - I think when we get so busy we forget to take stock of where are efforts would be most meaningful!

The online format is good but resulted in dead time as the presenter had to take time to go to each group. Probably would be easier in face to face session. Overall clear and helpful delivery

Enjoyed the day. The first session on stakeholder analysis was an area that i was already very familiar with. Would have liked more on developing my personal skills
