I found it really interesting and it covered a lot in a short space of time. I have taken away lots to think about and try!
Clear and incisive. The pace was good and had a balanced mix of break out rooms, Q and A and information led. I can see the benefit of using this training in my job role and every day life.
Brilliant training course. Extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic trainer. Good variation of lecture, group work, responses onto online tool, and Q&A. Really helpful to have breakout sessions to hear from others within the EA, and to hear their experiences.
It's been a realyy nice day, not the usual training where you are being spoke at. Some good laughs and positives about the day, may it personable. Would recommend.
