One of the most informative, engaging and useful courses I have attended. Rich was engaging, knowledgeable and structured the course in a very palatable method. Having 3 distinct parts made breaking it down and taking it in much easier, without switching off. Just the right amount of breakouts/tasks as well as information. I found it extremely applicable to my role and will use this in the future.

Rich was really helpful and enthusiastic, sometimes these online zoom courses can be a bit of a drag but this one had such good variety of tasks and info that made it informative and really enjoyable

Very good day, the trainer kept me engaged throughout. Good structure of 3x 90 min sessions meant attention did not wander. Plenty of participation and opportunities to ask questions. Examples from the trainers role as a police negotiator were mixed with EA related examples to keep it relevant. Good mix of group work and presentations. Really enjoyed it!
