Well delivered course that made me think through and helped make links with the other tools and strategies I use as part of my engagement role.
Enjoyable course. I like the way it was broken down into 'bitesize' sessions that were easy to digest :)
This was helpful and relevant to the role, however I would say this course would be more beneficial for a newly appointed Crew Manager.

Enjoyable course - made fun with the activities and was more useful then just sat listening. Putting it into practice made a big difference. The group activity identified how you need to focus on your own role but how you fit into the bigger picture.
