I've found this course very useful, I felt like I already had some experience in having to influence people and how I might go about it but to have all the models and theory explained in such great detail has really helped my understanding and will allow me to improve my own methods at work. The trainer was excellent and explained everything in the right amount of detail while getting the right level of engagement to keep my concentration.
