I truly despise working in groups, but understand that it is part of the learning process and important for many people. I would have preferred mixing groups up - if we have to work in groups, may as well achieve some side benefits of networking with other people across the business that I wouldn't know. We are all typically creatures of habit so sit in the same spot if free when we come into these sessions. I would prefer random assignment of groups and then mixing it up, but I would also suggest some solo tasks or reading something and feeding back.
Really good, thank you. Like Richard's delivery.
Well paced, good use of break out rooms and time to reflect ideas and think about my own work situations.
Would’ve been handy to have the slides to refer to for last activity
